The London City School District offers a diverse range of enriching travel opportunities aimed at fostering students' educational growth. In middle school, sixth graders embark on an immersive experience at Camp Nuhop, while 8th graders culminate their studies with an exploration of Washington D.C.
In addition to partnering with Jason Learning to provide a week-long STEM immersion program for a student and teacher annually, the district organizes yearly opt-in trips for students. These excursions encompass various educational themes such as foreign language immersion in native countries, experiencing the vibrant tapestry of fine arts in culturally rich destinations, and delving into STEM concepts through hands-on activities.
Information regarding these travel opportunities is disseminated through classes and school newsletters. For further details on upcoming trips, please reach out to Mr. Roy Greenlee, the Secondary Academic Coach, at roy.greenlee@london.k12.oh.us.
