Ohio’s State Testing Info
Dear parents and families,
Ohio State Tests will begin next week. Our testing schedule is as follows:
April 5th - English Language Arts - Grades 3, 4, 5
April 20th - Mathematics - Grades 3, 4, 5
April 26th - Science - Grade 5
Students will take these assessments on their chromebooks. Each assessment has two parts that will be taken on the same day.
It is extremely important all students fully charge their computers the night before.
Headphones are needed for Math & Science. Check with your child to make sure they still have a pair at school.
ATTENDANCE: is extremely important on testing days. Classrooms will begin first thing in the morning, please make sure your student arrives on time.
Below are some suggestions to help your child be most successful on testing days:
- a good night’s sleep.
-eating a healthy & fulfilling breakfast each morning.
-emphasize your child to not stress about the test, but to try hard and give their best effort.
