London Elementary School - Home of the Red Raiders

Over a dozen London teachers and administrators started the new year by participating in a comprehensive threat assessment training in order to help strengthen the district’s safety efforts. The training taught participants and provided assessment tools to help identify and effectively deal with potential threats to members of the school community. Information gathered through the district’s threat assessment program may be used by the district’s new School Resource Officer, existing District Student Support Specialist, and/or administrators to effectively align resources to deal with the threatening situation. This training was scheduled last as an ongoing effort to strengthen the district’s emergency operations plan.
