The 8th annual Kurt Lattimer Aspiring Artist Award (KLAAA) concluded with a vibrant Young Artist Showcase, drawing a crowd of over 300 art enthusiasts. The event highlighted the incredible talent of young artists from the community, showcasing both visual and performing arts.
Among the standout moments of the showcase was the announcement of this year’s KLAAA winners. Two students from London High School received $500 scholarships for their outstanding artistic achievements:
Gwyn Wieber – 1st Place in the Digital category
Emma Hensel – 1st Place in the 3D category
For those who missed the showcase, all student artwork will be displayed at City Hall throughout February.
