District families are encouraged to make educational decisions, which best match their comfort and circumstance for the second semester, which begins January 5, 2021 and ends May 28, 2021.  ONLY complete the survey if you are requesting a CHANGE on how your student is currently attending LCS.

Option 1: "ON Campus" Learning - This is face to face instruction in the classroom as much as possible per health and safety guidelines provided by MCPH and LCS District officials. This option may change throughout the semester based on district student and staff health data.

Option 2: Raider Remote - This is an all-virtual instructional option using the district’s School PLP software available for all students in grades K-12. The program will be facilitated by LCS highly qualified teachers. Families with students who may have chronic, underlying medical issues are highly encouraged to consider Raider Remote. Please note: Families choosing this option must make a semester commitment without a trial period. 

For questions, please contact Carla Shaw for LHS and LMS students and Kylie Prtichard for LES students. If you have more than one student to change, please complete this form separately for each student. There will be an opportunity at the end to submit another form if needed.
