The 2021-2022 district transportation survey is now available. Parents are asked to complete the survey in order to request transportation for the upcoming school year. Surveys should be completed by Friday, August 13th if at all possible. Parents are greatly encouraged to have their contact information updated in Final Forms prior to the beginning of the year. Transportation personnel will be present at each open house to provide specifics on the times and locations of student pickup and drop off.
All district transportation procedures will still be in effect. Here are a couple of other reminders:
1. The Centers for Disease Control have ordered that facial coverings must be worn by all people, while on public transportation. This order specifically includes school buses. Although the district recommends but does not require the wearing of facial coverings on campus, all individuals riding on district buses and vans must abide by this order.
2. Students must ride the same route to and from the same location Monday - Friday.
3. Requests to transport students to child care will be considered if there is availability on the bus. Space must be reserved for students who live on the route.
4. Likewise, requests to transport open enrollment students will be considered if there is availability on the bus.
